Building healthy relationships with discussion

Imagine a community where our connections with each other are so deeply honored that it creates the necessary safe space to heal from past unhealthy relationships, allowing us to be open and vulnerable enough to begin to trust others and build deeper and more meaningful connections. Now, let's build that community!
Let's face it, most of us are not taught how to have healthy relationships. Growing up, so many of us learned unhealthy patterns that have hurt us, and then, because it is all we know, we act out those same toxic traits in our own relationships causing even more pain in those we love. It's such an ugly and vicious cycle.
However, if we want a better world, it is upon us to create the change we want to see. We cannot change others, but we are the only ones who can change ourselves. So let's do it!
Let's lean into the community energy of this Aquarius season by coming together to talk about what we can each do on a personal level to heal our own hearts so we can better connect with those we love. This event is being offered by SS as the first of many baby steps in the direction of building a strong, vibrant and healthy community.
What to expect:
- We will begin with a short talk by Stella Webb (Resident Aquarian) on relationship and community building.
- Then flow into a moderated group discussion on how we can build stronger and more beautiful relationships. This will be a guided discussion focused on how to create healthy relationships, with very limited talk on what hasn't worked in the past.
- We will wrap up with a meditation to heal our own relationship wounds to better prepare us to go forward and interact with the world around us from a place of love and compassion.
Note: It is expected that this event will last at least two hours to allow us to fully explore this topic as a group.

Donation Based Event Fee:
If it were possible to do these events for free, I would, but rent must be paid to continue hosting these soul-nourishing events.
The suggested donation for this event is $25/person.
However, to make this event accessible to everyone in our community no matter the financial situation, we offer a “pay-what-you-can” price structure. What this means is you can pay any amount as long as you pay at least $1. The full price for this event is $25. However, if you can only pay $1, $10, whatever, we honor you.
