Monthly Moon Meditation

We will flow with the Full Moon's energy for February.
Why SS does Moon meditations every month:
In the same way the Moon's gravitational pull has a direct impact on large bodies of water that can be seen with the tides (oceans, rivers, lakes), it's pull affects us, too, since we are 60-70% water.
It is wise to flow with the natural energies all around us as we strive to reach our highest potential in this lifetime. When we don't, it can feel like we're trying to swim upstream and getting nowhere.
By using the phases of the Moon for guidance as we transition through each month, we can hold ourselves accountable by dedicating time to self reflect, set intentions and manifest those things in our life that will help us walk our path with intention and reach our highest potential in this lifetime.
