Overall well-being encompasses physical wellness, mental wellness and spiritual wellness - and it can sometimes feel daunting trying to navigate all of these.
Join us for a free wellness event designed to provide ideas on how to incorporate wellness practices into our daily lives.

All keynote speakers, breakout sessions and the Kid Zones are absolutely free!
Proceeds from the Riverbend Wellness Festival vendor tables and raffle will go to Amare, NFP.
Amare is a grassroots Recovery Community Organization (RCO) nonprofit based out of Wood River, Illinois, which provides evidence-based recovery support services to four Illinois counties.
Amare’s mission is to educate, empower and provide compassionate recovery support services for those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction, as well as their families, with a goal toward the overall wellness and stability of our community.
This event is being co-facilitated by CE Ahlin Counseling and Soul Sanctuary in the beautiful Milton Schoolhouse.
